What is your refund/cancellation policy?
At Cenara, you are free to cancel, postpone, or pause your subscription at any time (and for any reason) prior to your next shipment. If at all possible, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice before your next order is set to process. Cenara cannot guarantee refunds for any cancellation requests received after the pharmacy has processed your order. Furthermore, Cenara does not accept returns nor can we offer any refunds for any prescription product once it has left our pharmacy partner. If you experience any issues with your shipment, or are dissatisfied with your product, please contact our team within 30 days following your order fulfillment. We will be more than happy to help make things right.
How does Cenara work?
Cenara allows you to get prescription NAD+ medication from the comfort of your home. Your price is a simple monthly price which includes medication, supplies, doctor review and shipping. Once you complete your intake form and pay for your first month a doctor will review and approve your prescription. After that, our pharmacies generally ship your medication out the next day. If for ANY reason your prescription is not approved, you will immediately receive a full refund.
Who are the doctors?
We use an accredited network of Board-certified physicians. You can rest assured knowing that your intake form will be viewed by an actual doctor and your medication will be prescribed by someone with the right experience.
Hoe does the signup process work?
Complete the medical intake form.
You pay for the first month of your prescription. This is immediately refunded if for any reason your prescription is not approved by the doctor.
Your doctor will review your intake and selected medication within 24 hours (usually happens within 2-3 hours).
Once approved, our FDA approved pharmacy will ship your medication using next day Fedex.
Where are medications shipped from?
Your medication will ship from our certified pharmacy partners which have locations all across the continental US in order to guarantee fast, secure shipping.
When is my medication shipped?
Here are the next steps and an overview of the timeline:
Prescription Approval: Your prescription has been approved, which is great news.
Pharmacy Processing: The prescription is now being processed by our pharmacy partners. This typically takes 7 business days.
Shipment: Once the pharmacy has prepared your medication, it will be shipped to your address. Our standard shipping time is 2 business days.
Tracking Information: You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped. This will allow you to monitor the delivery status.
What is NAD+ and why does it matter?

Is this real NAD+?
Yes, all of Cenara’s NAD+ medications are real prescription medications prescribed by a doctor and compounded by a real US based pharmacy. These are the same medications that people are talking about and getting real results all over social media, including those from IV clinics.
What is the dosage I’ll be taking?
Your doctor will decide what’s right for you based on your intake form responses. Most people get prescribed 1000mg.
Where will my prescription come from?
Medications prescribed through Cenara are dispensed by U.S.-based 503A compounding pharmacies. These pharmacies prepare medications individually in response to a prescription from a licensed healthcare provider and must follow applicable federal and state compounding regulations, as well as professional standards such as USP 795 and USP 797.
How do I take my medication?
For NAD+ injections you will be provided with a small insulin sized needle. Your doctor will explain how and when to take your medication. Most people start with a low dose then progressively increase it until full dosage. For NAD+ nasal sprays and sublingual tablets it’s more simple and instructions will be included with your delivery.
How is shipping done?
Once the doctor confirms your prescription your information goes to our pharmacy which usually ships the next day via Fedex in a temperature controlled package. To ensure temperature management and weekend orders (Friday-Sunday) will be shipped Monday. You’ll receive a tracking number for every shipment. Each shipment is fully insured for lost prescriptions. The only exception for insured product replacement is if a patient provides incorrect shipping information. If this occurs, please speak with customer service by emailing contact@cenaramed.com
Who shouldn't get NAD+ injections?
People who are pregnant, breastfeeding or have uncontrolled heart disease should check with their primary physician first. Your telehealth provider screens for contraindications and will recommend alternatives if NAD+ isn’t the right fit.
